Please contact us before sending anything back. Damaged or wrong items — Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Non-returnable — Personal care items, underwear, and sale/clearance items marked as final sale usually cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds — Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
