Go to Start Selling, create an account (or sign in), and set up your shop name, slug, and basic details. Your Free plan includes an online storefront on Sopifo with unlimited products, orders, and customers.

Open Dashboard → Add product (or Products). Upload images (converted to WebP; max 10MB), set price, stock, and publish. Published products appear on your storefront and shop page.

Open Dashboard → Storefront. Enable the storefront when you are ready for customers to browse, add to cart, and checkout. Preview your live store from the Design tab.

Free shops can choose Clean Modern or Minimal Boutique. Open Storefront → Design → Theme, pick a free theme, and save.

Premium themes appear under Premium themes and stay locked on Free. Upgrade to Pro on Pricing & payments to unlock and select them. Preview still works for locked themes.

Use Branding for logo, cover, hero, and colors. Use Shipping for Dhaka / outside fees and free-shipping thresholds. Categories, collections, and coupons are managed from the same Storefront page tabs.

Dashboard → Orders lists all orders. Open an order to update status, payment, tracking, courier booking, and print invoice or packing slip. Share the public order tracking link with buyers.

Dashboard → Customers keeps buyer records, status, and history so you can follow up after sales.

Dashboard → Couriers connects courier tools (e.g. Steadfast / Pathao) so you can book parcels from order detail when credentials are set.

Track stock levels from Dashboard → Inventory. Use Purchasing for supplier buys and Stock counts for physical counts.

Free includes storefront on Sopifo, cart & checkout, analytics, courier tools, order tracking links, and 2 free themes. Pro adds custom domain, remove Sopifo branding, premium themes, custom branding & colors, advanced SEO, and priority support.

Open Dashboard → Pricing & payments. Choose monthly (৳299) or yearly (৳2,999), submit payment details, and wait for verification. When active, Pro features unlock including premium themes and Custom domain.

Pro only. Dashboard → Custom domain — add your .com / .com.bd domain and follow DNS verification steps.

Dashboard → Facebook helps connect your Page for f-commerce workflows where configured.

Reviews shows customer feedback. Analytics shows storefront visits and sales performance for subscribed storefronts.

Your public shop page on Sopifo marketplace is separate from the paid-style storefront (cart/checkout). Manage marketplace shop settings under Dashboard → Shop.

Dashboard → Support to contact Sopifo by form, email, or WhatsApp and view ticket replies.
